The square productions story

Square Productions was founded by musician, engineer, and producer Darren Reynolds in 2013 with the goal of providing world-class audio production services to the Pacific Northwest.

Darren came up in the Seattle music scene, playing and recording with multiple bands, and honing his drumming and engineering chops.  Darren produced multiple releases for his own band and many other bands in the Seattle area during this time. In 2006 Darren moved to Wenatchee, WA with his wife and opened up a music venue, producing hundreds of shows during his time in North Central Washington.

The venue gained a reputation as one of the best sounding rooms in the state, and soon Darren was promoting and mixing concerts regionally after forming Square Productions. In addition, he was producing music in the studio, along with performing and recording with multiple groups as a drummer. 

In 2015 Darren relocated to Nashville, TN, and worked as a live/session drummer and toured internationally as an in-demand front of house engineer.  With Square Productions, Darren produced many events in the Nashville area, including the Fire On The Water music festival in Gallatin, TN. 

The artists Darren has mixed and/or toured with include: Vince Gill, Gretchen Peters, Gavin DeGraw, Angel Snow, Hayes Carll, David Cook, Ben Haggard, Dan Tyminiski, Nightly, Post Modern Jukebox, The Cadillac Three, Boy And Bear, Devin Dawson, and many more.
